“As a longtime, all-organic vegan who makes an effort to avoid processed foods, I’m used to packing my own meals wherever I go, which is why I was beyond thrilled to have Jenn as the resident chef at my two-week yoga teacher training on Cape Cod. She prepared three holistic vegan meals per day (plus snacks!) and kept a course full of budding yoga teachers nourished with an array of delicious food. In addition to my dietary preferences, I also have a handful of weird food sensitivities, but I was able to eat just about everything she prepared for two weeks with no repercussions, and it was all marvelous! From stuffed peppers to vegan lasagna to falafel and a variety of date-based, raw vegan snacks, I and my fellow trainees would always be excited to see what was being served between classes, and I loved never having to worry about whether or not a dish was vegan. Not only that, but Jenn is a lovely and interesting person, and I enjoyed getting to know her during the course. Jenn’s food is part of what helped make my yoga teacher training so magical, and I’m so grateful that our paths crossed!”
